Rick says that we are called to run the race for the high calling of God in Christ. To walk in this high calling we need wisdom, guidance, and faith, and we get those things through drawing close to Christ. Rick also teaches us that belief in our hearts leads to righteousness, and he uses scripture to show the steps for us to grow in our high calling.

Rick Joyner lays out how the process of sanctification is accomplished through love rather than fear. The bride of Christ should be moving in the opposite direction from the world. The world is getting continually darker, but we are getting closer and closer to the Light.
